What are your rates for dedicated developers?
Our rates for dedicated developers starts at $2,200/month for 160 hours of monthly development hours commitment. Moreover we generally suggest our clients to go for a hi-breed team model having partial involvement of PM & QA which adds up approx. 20% to the cost.
Will my development team work during my local working hours?
We try for that but it’s not possible in all cases. Fact of life is - Smarter developers wish to work as per their convenience. However, We generally try to cover at least 3 to 4 hours common working time window (As per client’s working hours) between client and the development team to setup easy communication process.
How will I be communicating with my team?
We prefer to communicate via PMS, Email or Chat. If required we can provide direct phone access to the developers.
Will the developers use our project tools?
We use Basecamp, VNC, Git, Mentis & BrowserStack. However our team will be happy to adapt to any other Tools you use for project development and management.
Will I be selecting developers for my team?
We would love to offer that. Generally we are the best judge of which of our developers will be suitable for your projects once we understand your needs. We would first suggest you best of the developers that can fulfill your needs. However, if you are not satisfied with that, we can offer you alternatives and you can make a selection.
Will I get report on hours and projects?
Yes, we believe in 100% transperancy. You would get daily, weekly and monthly reports of your team’s work and time spent on each project.
Do I need to sign a long term contract?
No there are no contracts, however we expect our customers to provide us atleast 1 month notice period before sailing down their dedicated team.
